Scott Wiley brings over 25 years of residential appraisal expertise—built from the ground up—to every client engagement. He launched his career in 1997 in Lombard, Illinois, working under respected leaders at First American Appraisal Services and Fremont Investment & Loan. Early on, he played a pivotal role in growing the Midwest Appraisal Division, earning his Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser license in Illinois by 2000. Over the next decade, Scott expanded his credentials to Ohio, Michigan, Missouri, Minnesota, and Kentucky, while at GreenPoint Funding he reviewed local and regional appraisals, trained staff, and collaborated with appraisal management companies and MLS systems—efforts that helped transform small firms into national operations.

In 2011, Scott accepted a leadership position at eValuation ZONE in Chicago, directing a 50-person quality control and operations team and implementing streamlined, data-driven appraisal workflows. As CEO of Advanced Appraisal & Consulting (2018–2022), he diversified service lines, introduced AI-powered QC measures, and oversaw digital platform development to deliver faster turn times and higher consistency. In January 2023, Scott founded Go2Appraiser in Acworth, Georgia, where he continues to leverage his deep industry knowledge—now as a Certified Residential Appraiser in Georgia—to serve the Greater Atlanta market. He has also been instrumental in launching Liberty Appraisals AMC, overseeing nationwide panel expansion, and deploying next-generation appraisal software.

Originally raised in the Chicago suburbs, Scott’s Midwest and Southern roots run deep: his mother grew up on a cotton farm near Hope, Arkansas, and his father hails from Decatur, Illinois. A proud Eagle Scout since 1995, he earned his BBA from Northwestern College in 2007. In 2022, Scott relocated to Georgia to meet the region’s growing appetite for precise, professional residential valuations. Today, he continues to combine decades of hands-on experience, cutting-edge technology, and an unwavering commitment to quality—ensuring every appraisal is delivered with accuracy, transparency, and integrity.
